Britney Spears photos from arrival to Thompson Hotel show her once again in pretty bad way. Her skin is very greasy and she could use some oily skin treatment to take care of her bad looking skin and some acne treatment to take care of her problematic chest. She could also quit smoking (and drinking) since that would help a lot.
